I have decided that I am not that big on Winter. I have done enough trainer rides to last me through this season, and it is only the 3rd week in January. Thankfully Epicuren gives me eye cream, because I have been layering it on pretty thick while battling the elements. I was happy to catch up with friends and family, even though dressing for an evening out in the cold really cramps my style. I can run for two hours without a problem. .. maybe I should be training for a marathon?

My sister Grace, I don't see her enough!
I am always meeting cool people in the right place at the right time. Tim Koehler introduced me to the Arp machine, and let me tell you, it is amazing. Check it out at arpwave.com. Maybe I shouldn’t be giving away all my secrets, but I think everyone should feel their best. Have at it!
I am now in Laguna and loving it. I don’t care if 500 cars pass me in 20 minutes, it is 80 degrees. I am pretty psyched because David Icke will be speaking in LA Feb.13. I am there! I just had sweet Thai dinner with Paula Lopes while the boys were at the RADS “fire-pit”. I went to that ride once. I beat everyone, drank just as many beers as they did and then never went back. I figure that is how you become a legend. I hope you are not on the trainer!!

The last week has been pretty wonderful. Wade and Lisa tied the knot on December 22. I caught up with many old friends and met some cool new ones. I have tried 17 different tequilas (sipping of course) and fish tacos that couldn’t be beat.

Wedding night celebrations
Now Richie and I are in Tulum again and meeting up with more fabulous friends. I have been running on the beach and getting some funky Mayan treatments. Today Richie and I got a special mayan clay massage. When we sat up to wash off we took one look at our yellow mud covered faces and hair and laughed for five minutes straight. Laughing is seriously the best!

Beauties in the Jungle
We had a wonderful time for New Years as my friends from Tulum put on quite a party in the Jungle. I was dancing for hours which always makes me very happy. One of my resolutions is to have as much fun as possible, so I think I started the year off right. Life is supposed to be full of joy, and we don’t know how much time we have, so be happy!

Happy
I just got to Asheville and now I am ready to train on the bike. Now it is time to catch up with family and get down to business. There is nothing I like better than a mission, so bring it on!
