Bronze!

Wow, that was a very FUN ride.  You know you are having a good day when you can’t wait to get to the climbs.  I rode my heart out, with my eyes on the gold the whole race.  That is the way you HAVE to race if you want some hardware!  I feel so blessed to have so many amazing people in my life.  I just want to say thank you to my family and friends, my team Subaru/Gary Fisher, my staff, teammates, my coach Rick Crawford, all my sponsors, USA cycling, and everyone who loves riding bikes and watching bike races!  It is so special to have so many people come along for the ride with you!  Let’s keep the wings on!!!wxc_dsc7171_600

  7. Greetings from Poland.
That was amazing!!! Great race and finally top placed 29er rider! I can’t wait to see more 29ers in the top rank races. You showed everyone that 29er has a great potential and can beat lighter bikes. As I am also a 29er rider, for me you are a big wheel ambasador! Wishing you all the best and hoping for gold soon.

  11. WOW. Helmets off to you for making cycling history for the first WC podium on a big wheel, and let me tell you something, the more you ride it you will subconsciously better your riding stile for max efficiency. I believe in you. You go girl. P.S. enjoy your time until the rest of the girls get wise on the big wheel…you can prolong that by telling everyone that it’s your power bracelet that makes the difference :)) See ya
